Our Shipping Information
You want your towel order to arrive to you quickly and without fuss. We’re here to make sure that happens, read our shipping & freight options and returns policy to assure satisfaction.
At Texon Towel, our shipping process is straightforward. All orders are shipped within one business day of the time when they are originally placed. The only exception to this rule will be if you order an item that is in “back order” status, at which point the item would ship as soon as it becomes available.
ORDERS SHIP FAST
Most products are typically in stock and ready to ship. We must receive orders no later than 12:00pm EST (M-F) to ship same day. Orders that are placed on Saturday or Sunday will ship out on the following Monday. Orders placed after Noon eastern time are shipped the next business day. Local deliveries will ship within 1-2 days of placed order. In the Months of June-August, we are operating at high demand levels. We will do our best to ship as quickly as possible, but do not guarantee same or next day shipping. Please give us a call if you need something more quickly and we will do our best to assist you.
Orders shipped to the East Coast and the Mid-West will experience a two to three business day delivery time. West coast orders will see a delivery time of four to five business days. We use FedEx Ground for all regular orders. Bulk orders are shipped through LTL.
TRACKING YOUR ORDERS
Our shipping system will email you tracking information to allow you to track you FedEx shipments from the time they leave our facility to your door.
Yes. You can pick up your orders up Monday – Friday 9:00am – 5:00pm. Please call if wishing to pick up. Directions to our warehouse.
SHIPPING TO NON-CONTIGUOUS STATES
Call to place order. Packages are usually delivered in 3-7 business days.
Additional shipping charges DO apply to your shipping area. Since shipping charges are based on weight and your zip code, the best way to find out additional shipping charges would be to place your order online. Your order AUTOMATICALLY gets placed on hold. We will then email you within 24 hours with your additional shipping charges that apply to your order. We will not ship without your approval.
Non-contiguous states are Alaska and Hawaii and all off-shore US territories and possessions, which include American Samoa, Guam, the Northern Mariana Islands, Puerto Rico, and the United States Virgin Islands.
SHIPPING TO PO BOXES, MILITARY APO/FFO
Additional shipping charges may apply. Since shipping charges are based on weight and your zip code, the best way to determine the additional shipping charges would be to place your order online. Your order automatically gets placed on hold. We will then email you within 24 hours with the additional shipping charges that apply to your order. We will need your approval to either ship or cancel your order at no obligation to you. Orders shipped via USPS Priority usually are delivered in 3-7 business days.
SHIPPING TO CANADA
We ship to Canada but to commercial/business addresses only. No residential addresses. We have a minimum $60.00 shipping charge per order. Our shipping quote includes: ground shipping via FedEx, broker fees, duty and GST fees if they apply. We pay all fees up front so you don’t have to worry about it. It is an easy process with no surprises when delivered.
If you are interested, contact us with the exact items you want to order (the item numbers are on the product’s website page), your billing/shipping address and ask for a quote. We’ll calculate the actual shipping fees based on the items you want and your address. We’ll then email you a quote for your approval.
We can ship to commercial/business addresses only. We ship via USPS Priority Mail International or FedEx depending on product(s) and weight. Packages are usually delivered in 6-10 business days. Contact us with the exact items you want to order (item numbers are on the product’s page), your billing/shipping address and ask for a quote.
Keep this in mind when requesting International Shipping, you are solely accepting the entire risk of delayed shipments, misrouting and lost packages. We are not responsible for your package once it leaves the United States. We are all dependent on the Postal Service of each country your package travels through. Texon Towel will not be held responsible for lost, damaged or misrouted packages.
Please check your order at arrival and inform us within 24 hours of delivery of any concerns like shortage or damage. If an order is cancelled by customer while in route to the customer the shipping charges and any extra cost of returning the package will not be refunded.
